However rich the library’s collection, and whatever be its size, it is ultimately the library staff which makes or mar the library’s utility. Kuvempu University Library is facing the problem of shortage of professional and semi professional staff. But yet, it is lucky to have well trained and motivated professional and semi professional staff with well supported non-professional staff.
